DURACOTE UV COATING PROCESSES FOR TODAY’S HPL SURFACES

FULLY OR PARTIALLY CURED UV FILMS PROVIDE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE

Duracote protective film coatings give HPL and LPL manufacturers the finishing touch that architects, interior designers and home improvement retailers demand.

Duracote UV Cured film coatings make it easier to produce on-trend designs on any substrate used in thermal-fused laminates for wall and furniture surfaces.

They look better, and stay looking better longer — with high performance resistance to abrasion, chemicals, stains and moisture.

Typical Duracote formulations can include laminating adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives, B-staged thermosetting compounds, and protective coatings.

UV coating process cures with light, not heat, protecting temperature-sensitive substrates such as paper and thermoplastic films.
